Why do feel that way??? I love the song. It waS sung everyday when I was in mrsm. crazily patriotic at that time. Less patriotic now. But, how does this song make you feel sedih babe?
seeing people tearing at each other just to be at power makes me realize that they are missing the most fundamental point i.e. to live as an 'abd...
i wonder about my own security in my own homeland... where should i go if things happened in gaza happened here in malaysia... could i suffer the hunger? could i suffer the smell of death?
it makes me sad because i often forgot to recite "alhamdulillah"...
Insyallah, we will be safe in this homeland as long as we uphold social justice and keep on growing our intellectual capabilities. Remember, intellectual forces? To live as abd isn't easy. One really have to face the otherness of history with strong will and cannot be weak, both spiritually and intellectually. We have to take precautions and read the signs of any evil intention proposed by certain parties. We just have to be smart at detecting it/them. Thank you. You reminded me to recite alhamdullilah.
